Movement Classes & Projects

Movement can be a powerful way to connect with ourselves, with others and with the world around us. My movement classes and projects create inclusive, welcoming spaces where people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and levels of experience can explore movement in ways that feel meaningful and accessible to them.

I believe movement is for every body. My work actively welcomes disabled and non-disabled people and recognises that there is no single “right” way to move. Movement can be adapted, explored and experienced in many different ways — through gesture, rhythm, breath, stillness, imagination, sensation and connection.

Using the body as a source of creativity, communication and expression, these classes and projects offer opportunities to explore, play, create and discover new ways of being together. Movement can support wellbeing, confidence and self-expression, while also creating opportunities for connection, belonging and community.

Each project is shaped around the people involved, with accessibility, choice and individual expression at its heart. Whether through structured classes, creative workshops or collaborative community projects, the aim is to create spaces where everyone can participate, contribute and feel that they belong.

Looking for something specific? I also develop tailored movement projects, workshops and classes for different groups, organisations and communities. If you have an idea, a particular group you’d like to work with, or simply want to explore what might be possible, please get in touch and we can create something together.
