1:1 Somatic Psychotherapy

£65.00

Somatic psychotherapy offers a way of working that brings together the mind, body and emotions. Rather than focusing only on thoughts and words, it gently invites awareness of what is happening within the body and explores how our experiences can be held, expressed and understood through physical sensations, emotions and movement.

Our bodies can often communicate things that are difficult to put into words. Through a safe, supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, we can begin to notice these signals with curiosity and compassion, helping you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.

Somatic psychotherapy can be helpful when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, stuck in familiar patterns, or find that talking alone doesn't quite reach what you are experiencing. Sessions may include gentle body awareness, grounding, breath, movement and other creative or embodied approaches, always working at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you.

My approach is relational, compassionate and trauma-informed. I offer a space where there is no pressure to perform, explain or have all the answers. Together, we can make space for your whole experience — mind, body and emotions — and explore what you need to feel more connected, grounded and able to move forward.

Sessions can be online / in person.
